Provide safe, affordable transitional and long-term housing. Target: 40–60 residents housed annually in Phase 1
Workforce & Training
Launch training programs in construction, food systems, and green trades. Target: 100+ trainees per year, with job placement support.
Food Systems
Operate on-site farming, aquaponics, and community-supported agriculture (CSA). Target: 25,000 lbs of produce grown annually by Year 3.
Community Wellness
Provide space for recreation, intergenerational learning, and resilience programs. Target: 500+ community participants annually.
